Terms and Conditions
A concise summary of how ArchiPlanr works, what you can expect, and the responsibilities you retain when using our concept packs.
Scope of service
- • ArchiPlanr provides early-stage design concept packs for concept exploration only. Final drawings must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional.
- • You are responsible for confirming site conditions, soil reports, zoning setbacks, and other jurisdiction-specific requirements before building.
Accounts and purchases
- • Single concept packs are licensed to the purchasing customer for one project. Builder accounts may reuse packs as specified in their agreement.
- • Digital deliveries are fulfilled via signed download links. If the delivered scope does not match the agreed brief, contact us within 7 days for remediation or refund.
Content and data
- • Information you provide (site constraints, program, preferences) is used to generate your pack and to improve product quality. We do not sell your data.
- • You should not upload confidential or export-controlled information. If you need a data processing addendum, contact us prior to purchase.
Liability
- • ArchiPlanr is not liable for construction errors, cost overruns, or code compliance issues. Use the packs with licensed professionals and verify all assumptions.
- • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable concept pack.
